Buc, that is kind of my stance. I really would like to see Kirby come back, but I just don't see it happening unless he is the main man. Pretty obvious CMR is not going to step down so I just don't see that happening. Believe it said he is due to make 1.35 million from bama this year.

To me, and I am a huge Kirby fan, but I would like to see us really pursue Pruitt. Seems like a more realistic hire. Watched some clips of his defense trying to do a little more research. Saw a lot of 4 man fronts. What he did to Clemson in death valley. Amazing. Also saw somewhere, that apparently UGA has hired a secondary coach already. Said it might have contacted Gibbs from Houston to coach the secondary. If that is the case, that is not a bad move. His defense creates turnovers. Don't really believe that to be true either though.

So much speculation going on around the internet. 95% is not accurate because no one is really putting anything valid information. Just the typical hot boards or listing of candidates. No confirmation.

As much as I want Kirby, it's a pipe dream. I don't see MR going anywhere until his current contract is over, and
even then I find it doubtful unless we urge him to retire to save face from not being renewed.

Don't see KS coming here to coach unless it's as HC, and I don't see the opening.

If this is true average, this is an absolutely huge hire. Believe he was the national recruiter of the year. Might see some serious recruiting changes coming. This will be the single best hire UGA has made since Erk if this is true IMO. Betting we end up in the top 5 in recruiting this year if he comes.
