I understand we don't have the past of Bama or USC, but I also remember in past that I always proud about how we played.. be it in victory or defeat.

I wasn't too proud of how we played against Boise... nor UCF... nor Colorado... nor Miss State...nor Arkansas.

The game has changed. This isn't the same era of Alabama, USC, and Joe Pa's hay-day.

We've got the talent in our building now to be what we all want us to be.

I'm definitely in your camp about expectations....no doubt.....it was just my interpretation of southernlover to mean what I said above. but I just can't keep quiet about some very obvious flaws in our coaching staff
that have our team regressing.

I expect UGA to win every time they take the field. However, one should not confuse Expectations with Standards. As you mentioned Richt set the new "Standard" that we have all grown accustomed to.

I personally can't stand Bobo. We are about the same age and was around him a few times during college. Very tough guy when he's been drinking and had 300 lb lineman behind him.

I listen to Bill King on Rivals radio a lot while driving( not be confused with AJC Junkyard Blawg). I think he is fair and unbiased. In response to a UGA caller last week questioning Richt's viability. Paraphrasing here "I think UGA is still an elite program. And by elite I mean that they can win immediately". Let's hope he's right.
