It appears Burrow was better in 2019 but not 300 points better. The guy they brought in from the Saints brought all those NFL quick slants and philosophies and that is what made Burrow better. The plan made the QB and not the other way around it seems.

Yeah, yankee, I don't know that there's any validity to Brice transferring here...I saw it on a couple of sites and thought it was an interesting take...with the backups we have I'm not sure he'd see any playing time here either
