I don't believe Mcgarity is stupid or near sighted, he knows a sinking ship when he sees one. These things don't happen overnight, I'd say a lot longer than three weeks, so I would not be surprised to see a change a lot sooner than later and maybe more radical than we think.

I wonder how many recruits we now lose as well.

Oh and those recruits... if we don't want to directly blame the coaching staff, then we have to say our players are not living up to those stars that were beside their name. The coaches were the ones that chose to recruit our players, so we come back around to them again.

Personally, I see glaring problems all over the place guys. Bobo can design a nice pro style offense. He can get on these great runs of total offensive production and great runs of game planning and play calling. Then he can also go 3 straight drives of 3 and out when you need 2 first downs somewhere in there to cement the game.
3 and outs where regardless of personnel, you look at the play calling and just say WTF??.
I don't know what to say about him any more because their is some ability there, but it's schizophrenic talent. Need to put a game away?? It's going to go to the bad side of Jeckyl and Hyde.

Defense... good gravy. These are the players we chose to recruit. Youth can't explain this, and the coaching staff knew they had to plan for the early grads from last years team. They look like the Keystone Cops.

Special ed teams? Wow... this must be some kind of a record for consecutive years of god-awful
ST play. This is a complete joke.

Then here's the kicker. MR doesn't seem to know what to do about any of it. I think his fire and desire are there despite his demeanor. I just don't think he has a clue as to how to right this ship.
I don't think he has a clue as to how to ever get UGA over the hump. His best hope is just to attract great players and hope that their pure talent can keep us averaging seasons good enough to keep him around.

God Bless and Go Dawgs

I have a cousin by marriage that is a graduate of the Air Force Academy. He and my cousin (cousin that baby sat for Richt) while attending UGA.

They were shipped out to England for two years, so . . . . last night or should say early this morning 3 a.m. they got the Georgia/Vandy game.

They say simply, time for Richt to go. Julie has said that Mark Richt and wife are wonderful people. When these two call for Richt's release, time to go. Across the Atlantic Ocean and the coaching stinks that far away.

What it boils down to me is that this was the year I had high expectations. The amount of talent on that football field last night should have produced a win. I said the only way this season was still salvageable in my eyes was a SEC championship win, a BCS bowl bid. Neither will happen. Still not sure who I want to replace Richt. Not sold on smart. Said I would take any coach in the country over Richt, was the anger speaking, but after last night it is quite obvious a change is needed just not sure who as of right now. We traded in Willie for another Willie, don't need to trade in Richt for another Richt. Change is needed the question is who.

Honestly with this loss this is what I see happening at the end of the season. Richt stays granthem returns to the NFL. TG will be used as the scapegoat, not sure if he deserves to be called that, but that's what will happen.

Richt will get another year with a different DC much of how this year went for lane kiffin. If he fails again, and as history as taught us, he will history repeats itself, he will more than likely be gone.

That's how the end of the season looks like to me. I wouldn't keep any coach on this team after last night. Still shocked to see vandy dominating the line of scrimmage ALL game last night. Still shocked that vandy won the game period.

Just hope that whoever replaces Richt knows the importance of recruiting not only nfl talent skill positions, but nfl talent big uglies.

Our offensive line is a joke. Main reason in every single loss we have had at this point. WF and MR are to blame, either piss poor coaching or piss poor recruiting or both.

Been on the fence with Richt for a few years now, saw improvements, now seeing regression.

Some will say injuries, injuries are a factor not the reasons.

The reasons fall on the coaching staff.

Keeping the coaches is laughable. Even Bobo and Grantham cannot coach up this talent. Fact.
Just changing the HC is not going to do it.
