sadlerdawg, agree with you, especially being a realist. Tells me one thing, we can moan and groan all we want, realistically it is McGarity's job to take care of matters such as this.
Made me sick when watching the second video of Richt. His openers were the same as they were back when he was on the "hot seat". We are a team, coaches and players stick together. Brother, that is selling an exilir that definitely has "magic connotations".
Snake oil ain't gonna fix what is happening in Athens. Coaches and some players have been too sure of their positions for way too long. Time for McGarity to put an end to this. Called Richt on the carpet soon after his arrival in the AD's office, had a brush with success in Atlanta soon after that meeting.
Where are we now? Anyone check out the Alabama/Arkansas game? Alabama continues on
"their" winning path, Richt led Georgia team continues on
"his" downward spiral.
Like Franklin or not, he gets a lot out of those players that nobody else wants. That is coaching.
Mark Richt never understood depth. Now when he talks about needing running backs, not a damn word about offensive and defensive linemen. What was it he said . . . . can't "sling it" every play. With our offensive line play over the years, Richt you should take a look at that statement. AM is lucky to be alive.
Anyone on this board think that Richt's UGA could handle O'Leary's UCF? Covering all bets.
