My take on Boo (Malcome) is he needs to see some serious playing time to see what is really there. Coastal Carolina would have been a good time. Some players just can't practice at the same intensity as they do in games. It is not lazy or attitude it's more of a psychological thing. I was that way when I played sports.
YES....been saying the same thing.....Samuel is a DGD but a terrible RB. Decent blocker and receiver though (pretty good hands)

pile. Sort of a 3rd or 4th and very short type of back.
Unfortunately... in those situations this coaching staff will probably either throw the ball, have Samuel
run a stretch play that gets him moving sideways instead of downhill, or have Carlton run it straight up the gut while Samuel watches from the sidelines.

RS was ONLY a 17 yr. old kid when he dressed for his first game at UGA. He's obviously a team 1st player as proved by his willingness to switch positions twice now but I agree, he just doesn't have the necessary balance to be a RB. Me & my buddies often comment on how often he falls down w/o being tackled. Anyways, with Boo Malcome returning to the team, I really think the coaching staff should move RS back to LB (where he belongs) so that he at least has a chance of getting some playing time on defense next season as a red-shirt Senior. But then again, I'm clearly not qualified to be the head coach, let alone an advisor to the UGA staff.

Absolutely and totally with you on ^^^^^^^^^^^ Goose. Samuels is just one case of the type of mistakes that have been made. Truthfully, it is sad. TKS RS.
