Unfortunately... in those situations this coaching staff will probably either throw the ball, have Samuel
run a stretch play that gets him moving sideways instead of downhill, or have Carlton run it straight up the gut while Samuel watches from the sidelines.

I am not with the motion that just give him carries in the game. Maybe he is not a practice player, well that's his fault. You don't become a SEC running back by not being a practice player. Do you think Saban would play a kid who wasn't getting it done in practice? Playing time is earned not given.
