You are right OSD, but you know as long as we keep on scoring 34 to 40 points, I don't believe CMR thinks there is anything wrong with CMB. He will just come to his defense like usual, look at the points, look at the yardage, ect. Thats well and good to me, but as you said instead of kicking FG, we score TD and win by 50 or 60 points. I don't think CMR looks at the stupid plays bobo calls especially down on the goal line. I just think as long as we score lots of points and run up yardage he is happy.

alot of the points we score are cosmetic or trash pts against scrubs. We never get the TD when we need it in the 4th qt against a real school, Im sure yall know this lol.

If coaching is not the problem and it starts with the Head Coach then how come the 08 Dawgs with Stafford, Moreno and AJ went 10-3 after being preseason #1. I mean 3 1st round draft picks a great O line and a pretty fair D even if it was coached by WM.....CMR needs to step up like he finally did with WM and get rid of Bobo and hire a proven OC or resume the duties himself.....and I mean get rid of Bobo completly as in bye bye see ya.....and hire a SPECIAL TEAMS coach......we don't need a QB coach CMR can do that himself along with a proven OC......funny how someone new on this board comes along and post an open letter then don't stick around to discuss it after making a statement that he won't watch if CMR is not coaching.......well I will continue to watch my beloved Dawgs even if Bobo was the HC......watched when Goff was HC and Dooley had many down years but I watched and bitched and will continue to bitch ;) but when you only put 6 points on the board against UCF in a BOWL game something is very wrong, and no one can convince me that putting up 27 on Ole Miss is an improvement...when we should have put up at the least 45-50 on them....if CMR cannot see that then he needs to go period.........

Like to clear up a couple of things:

1. Buc, don't feel I've "wavered" on CMR.....love the man but have said in the past and will say again, if he can't win 9 games and beat UF it's time for him to move on

2. I also stated I "possibly" could stomach it for 2 years if he got rid of Bobo and either took back over the OC or I prefer actually hiring a high profile OC, because of the recruits coming in

3. My ONLY point I was trying to make was the big picture we are witnessing every day now. NO integrity, no morals, no ethics not only in football (which is minor in life at best) but we see this everyday in our collective lives. I SIMPLY was making a point that I would never support a team.....even UGA.....if they had to cheat or do underhanded things to win a championship. I believe you CAN have integrity, ethics and morals and still win championships. I have done it personally.

4. No wavering......I feel the same as I did months ago, if CMR can't produce he's gone.....but I would still love and respect the man that he is....

5. A thank you to born2bADawg for using a capital "C" when writing the word, Christian.

wlayton, just crawled off of the tractor, trying to get the old body to settle down. I am going back in a short and read every post in this thread. Don't think that I threw anything personal at you, if I did, then the same goes for me that I feel UGA football team needs, someone meeds to be relieved of their duties. My respect for you has never wavered. Will read and report back, sir . . . :)

Hey guys, I'll preface this by saying I "skimmed" through the posts so I may have missed a comment or two. That being said, don't seem to see a lot of "bottom line" talk in this thread.

Bottomline, CMR is paid to win football games. Not trying to sound rude here, but it's not a coaches job to raise good young men...that job falls on the shoulders of the parents who sent their kid to the school. The moral fiber should be in place by the time they get to college. That being said, would I want my son to play for an unethical, immoral coach? Absolutely not, but I would want him to play for a winning coach. You can put it back on Bobo's playcalling or lack of physicality on the defense, or any number of things. Bottomline, WE'VE noticed these things as fans...it's CMR's job to notice them as the CEO of this football team and make the necessary changes. If he can't (which he hasn't proven that he can yet) we need a CEO who can.
