Pretty fair ruling in my opinion. He broke the rules and the rules list the penalty incurred. Let stuff like this go and whats to prevent boosters from lining up to buy $50k signed jerseys?

There is more to this story than is being told. There was something else going on for that guy to blow the whistle the way he did. Had to involve a lot more than 400 bucks.
