Pruitt had the defense buying into his system, hook, line and sinker.
Richt's offense sputtered and stalled all season long.
The whole plan was Nick Chubb and little else.
It never seemed like the offense bought into the system. One might argue it was lack of a QB, I argue lack of coaching.
Ironically,Chubb stays healthy, we probably beat Tn and Richt is still hc.

My concern if I had one would be if all the new coaches would gel and that they share the same vision and buy into the plan on how to obtain it. I do believe the final coach on defense has already been filled and the DC has been established but just not announced. I'm not worried about recruiting I trust CKS has surrounded himself with coaches that have the same drive as he does because he ether knew them our competed against them.

Kirby Smart is in the business of now hiring competence. What better instructor or professor than Nick Saban. On the field was only "part" of the education.

There has always been player talent in Athens, that has been said many times. What was missing was the "building block steps" required to play at a higher level.

Lot of chatter about Isaiah McKenzie moving to the "U". Last I have been able to find is he remains in Athens.

Richt already hiring the head coach from American Heritage. Trying to fill the recruiting holes, holes that he does not have to participate in. At least not until the press shows up, then he is ready for the photo op. Anyone wonder why BMac and Lilly and others did not follow Mark Richt to the "U"? They too know what the outcome will be in Miami under MR.
