Good morning fellow Dawgs! Just catching up on some of the threads from my room in Amman, Jordan. Great stuff in this thread and an amazing amount of coaches being shuffeled around. I think CKS is on the way to Athens but I don't feel that will be the only move. Just seems like something else in being worked and wouldn't surprise me if Kirby comes home to take the reins and Richt agrees to step aside. Then, maybe we get Pruitt or someother high profile DC to come in. This is based on absolutely nothing as it is 2:30 AM and I'm still trying to get settled from the jet lag in traveling here. Also, wouldn't bet a cup of coffee on my gut feeling as I'm the guy that buys $5 worth of PowerBall tickets and doesn't get a single number on any ticket. Oh well, just hoping somthing good happens in the next week to get the ship headed in the right direction.

Its funny to me how everybody is goo goo over kirby smart. When MR came to Georgia he was basically the offensive version. He was the offensive coordinator of a team that won several nc's and had been a dominant offensive team. I beleive FSU was the number one offensive team in the country his last year there. Now he is a moron who cant coach a lick. These win/loose things go in cylces. It wont surprise me if im reading an Alabama football forum in 15 years and they are beotching about kirby smart being a moron and it being time for him to go.

Scooby, if you're going to try to educate forum members with declarative statements, you should probably do a little research on what you're preaching about. Almost everybody on here is in agreement that richt was good for a few years when he got here, but that the game passed him by and he failed to adapt. And for probably the 100th time from a member, it is NOT about the win/loose (sic) thing. Look up any one of about 10,000 posts to see why members want a new coach, having nothing to do with win/loose records.

Hey, I thought the MR being the offensive version of KS was a pretty good comparison. Just throwing out some food for thought. And its always about win/loss.

Don't post much. Mostly read the posts on the forum to see what is being said. Have been following for a couple or three years now and have come to respect the information and knowledge on the board. Don't consider myself any kind of expert. I am just a fan who loves UGA. My wife would say I am a Georgia freak and there is something wrong with me. I just tell her it is passion. It kills me year after year to see the talent we have taking the field and the end results that have occurred. Every year there is some kind of excuse. I will admit that I have been swayed by the excuses at times, but it was only because I wanted to believe that if not for the excuse then we would have won it all. If I didn't believe then what hope for a great season was there? I was truly shocked to see the report of TG leaving. Didn't think they had it in them. I also don't know who the best choice to replace him is. All I want is for someone to finally decide that they are going to do whatever it takes for UGA to be the powerhouse they should have been all along. Get off you a$$, fire whoever needs to be fired, hire someone who can lead us, and pay them whatever it takes to get it done. Do that and I think the reward for everyone (fans and administration) will come back tenfold. JMO.
