Wartdawg, reminds me of a post concerning Mark Richt a couple of years back. Same thought patterns concerning both men.
You are spot on with your thoughts. Could not agree more. Same analogy could and does apply in every phase of our lives, one time or another.
Problem remains the same throughout the years . . . . egos can be a terrible thing.
At this point, if I were in charge of the coaching staff, might go something like this . . . . Grantham would be the defensive end or linebacker coach, not the defensive coordinator. As you say Wartdawg, it is not what you know, it is how you apply it. Grantham is a position coach next time around. Good post.
