Georgia vs Clemson #2

I thought this was pretty spot on by Mike Bellotti comparing offenses:

"Aaron Murray is going to get to throw when he wants to throw. Tajh Boyd is going to have to throw when everybody knows he has to throw. That's the difference."

I'll give Palmer the benefit of the doubt. He didn't come across as trolling, and only
said he thought the game would be much closer than some of the UGA blowout predictions
he had seen here. I would say the same thing as a Clemson fan.

Palmer... do feel free to return, win or lose.

Plus after the end of the year we can all share a beer and talk about how much fun it is
to beat the hell out of Georgia Tech.

I have to give Palmer props for coming on, but WTH did he expect. I will give him the benefit that he read each thread concerning Clemson. I don't recall any disrespect being mentioned. Don't think anyone on here thinks it will really be a blowout. What I have heard is close game with, of course, a UGA win. Last time I logged on it was DAWGS.COM. Would expect that from a North Ave Geek. Not a Clemson fan. They know football....like we do.

(standing on my soapbox) I am a homer, but I am also realistic. I would never speak for anyone else on this board and think that if a blowout was mentioned it was in the context of a joke. Or maybe a pun. Mr Palmer if Clemson does happen to beat my Bulldogs, then I will congratulate you and wish you luck in beating the crap out of Ga Tech and Carolina. But don't expect us to be anything less than avid UGA fans.

I've been following UGA football for 30+ years and maybe I am a "homer" BUT I have NEVER seen as much talent as we have at UGA right now! No disrespect to Clemson or their fans but you are WAY out matched in this one my friend! Our O will score at will and score a lot! I have no doubt that our D will stand up to the task and in my opinion our D this year is going to be hands down better than out D last year, as a UNIT!

I'm predictin a blow out... 49-17! The score could be higher on both ends but no way will they be within 30 points of us at the end. Of course that's just my measely two cents... And IF I'm wrong then I will be on here Sat night saying something like this, well fellows I screwed up that prediction, I have no idea what I was thinking and what I thought I saw!
