Coaching, Recruiting Thoughts

OK then, so when we screw up play lack luster ball and lose 3 to 4 games this year, who gets the blame. Do we blame the young OL, the young secondary, it surely will not be for the lack of coaching. I still say CMR is not a HC, when you have to resort to gemicks to get your team movitated to play a game, then something is wrong. Everyone has their opinion and that great, but my opinion is that CMR will never exceed the wins for the 2011 season, nor will we win the SEC championship. If we had to play Ark like USC did, we'd been sitting at home this past season. Like it or not we have the easiest schedule over the past couple years over any eastern team and I am embarrased and tired of hearing about our lack of quality teams. Sorry that I feel this way, but when you can not beat a top 15 team since 2008, it gets alittle frustrating.

Whether Bobo can recruit or not still doesn't make up for his predictable and boring offense that he coordinates. Although, if he is the wonderful recruiter that he is being made out to be then perhaps he should try his skill out on finding some more offensive linemen.


Spent some time today on LSU and Bama boards just checking them out. You know year in and year out it seems we are worrying about lack of depth in most areas of the the team. It is a constant problem for UGA football last several years. Check out those boards, those fans don't mention it, don't worry about it. They know they are just reloading.

With all our wonderful recruiters, why is that ?

Throughout my life I have noticed 18-22 year olds say a lot of things. All part of growing up. Have also noticed that some grown ups have those same tendencies.

duck you are correct there is no excuse but people always try and find one. Than just saying the truth we are not ready for LSU AL and Spurrier that hurts me to say but if we did not get CTG we would be the laughing stock of the SEC.Remeber Richt didn't want to get rid of WILLIE M. so does he put Georgia First or friends.

Whether we,collectively, like it or not, CMR is going to be the Head Coach at UGA for a while(at least 2-3 years) and maybe CTG will be DC for that long or longer. Hopefully a few OL will come our way,either via Juco or diamond in the rough finds that will be eligible to play this year and we can all get back to football with a vengeance. A question keeps coming to me,that I would like to pose to other posters. If CMR was to quit today, who would we hire as head coach right away to take UGA to the NC within the next couple of years?
