Buc.....this year's class may turn out to be a blessing in disguise anyway. What did we sign....18? Well that leaves us with extra scholarships for 2011 and what I understand is that the 2011 crop of players coming out are BY FAR better than this year's. So, having the opportunity to sign about 28 next year looks very appealing to me. We have the players to put on the field this year.....bunch of talent in Athens.

Couldn't agree more my friend.

Many of these recruits are watching where players are enrolling and making their choice to attend another school for early playing time. Think that I saw where Lattimore(sp) is going to South Carolina. Auburn wanted him but they have already slotted someone for his preferred position. Dwyer I think his name is. There are those (receivers) that can't see that far ahead, oh well . . . .

You are probably more aware than most of us about the talent that is being watched in high school that UGA will go hard for from now until signing day next year.

More and more these young players are looking over the coaching staffs, and it appears that the schools with NFL hires are doing very well. Whitaker going to Auburn, no doubt in my mind that it was Tracy Rocker, not so much the school that caught his eye.

Coach Grantham has made it crystal clear that all jobs are open at UGA. Pleases me, no teachers pets in his class room.

My one wish for this year is that Coach Richt places a larger hand on the offensive side of the ball. This is where his true expertise is, rekindle that knowledge and we might be one of those that folks call \"sleepers\".

Looking forward to JAX, wlayton, that is after we take care of that other orange blob on the radar. :woohoo:

Starting with the mat drills, and spring ball. Coming in 2010 under the radar, book it the teams we play this fall will feel the bite of UGAVIII. Buc you talk about Blue Plate Special.. 3 veggies and a meat with sweet tea. Let the Big Dawg eat starting with chicken on Sept 11th. Go Dawgs

I'm ready to be done with the speculation on rankings, the player's showboating--elevating their self worth, the talking heads telling us who got the best class and who busted. I'm sooooo ready for spring ball so we can get first hand knowledge of the potential of not only our recruits, but the team as a whole. I'm so excited for the preseason to start, I hate recruiting season. Oh well, Nascar starts this weekend, eh Buc, Fire_dawg, (any other fans on here?) That should hold me til the G-Day game!!

The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

BS, that piece of information is worth its weight in gold. Any player that played for Coach Richt at FSU knew that they would score points. It is well to remember that while Coach Richt did not have a sterling career in the NFL, he was there. Learned a lot from some very knowledgeable people.

BS, it appears that our leader did get the message, also going to implement it. Thanks for the info, makes this old Dawg real happy. That is like getting another 5 star deal, much like the info about RS moving to linebacker this year. This team is going to be awesome. Kicking game, defense and now offense . . . . :woohoo:

sadlerdawg, I live south of Daytona 50 miles, things are hopping around here. Figure Toyota better fix those accelerators, going to cause a lot of mishaps in the fourth turn . . . . If they were in Atlanta, Fire_dawg would be there to save the day . . . . . :woohoo:

yankeedawg1 too funny  . Stick close to that \"character\" wlayton, he is da man! :woohoo:

Spurrier has always had a rough time with the 3/4, pros ate him up with it. This could be a huge interception day for the \"Chicken Eaters\".
