Monday - Week Off - Regroup?

I'd just like to know how a team with so many weapons on offense got completely derailed by the loss of one team player. Granted, Nick Chubb was and is an awesome individual and player, but come on, nothing works now. How is that? Did all those other great running backs forget how to do it? Did we just throw KM out the window, or are we that unimaginative that we can't figure out a way to use this great back? Sony Michel, when used to his strength can do what we need him to do. It appears to me that one of the the coaches is not putting in the same effort as the players and is hoping for somebody to wave a magic wand and save his rear end.

I think he is Dazed and Confused, and in over his head.

There is a solution, because this team has the players to do it.

Growl from where I sit we have zero chemistry on O right now and no one on the offense has any faith in Lambert. Watch the body expressions on some of the players on O when Lamert does Lambert and you will see what I'm talking about. Us average fans can see right through Lambert's game so imagine what some of the players are thinking knowing that this is what they have to play with. If he is at the helm then we are VERY limited in the play book unfortunately. And with that mindset the players are having a hard time brininging it for 60 minutes when you already know the outcome. This is just my opinion...

PS-The solution left town when Lambert came to town. Of course that is just my opinion again. Bauta could possibly right the ship but I don't think we will ever know whether he can or not. One day I firmly believe we are going to face Park and it won't be pretty for us...

As you all know I'm one of the most optimistic fans on this site. But I have absolutely NO faith in us even competing against Fla much less beating them. I will watch as usual and our pre game ritual at the house will be the same. And of course I'm hoping for a win but the only way I see that happening is if the entire GayTor team comes down with a severe case of the flu bug.

If Bauta is named the starter on Monday then I will a little bit more hope in a loss but we all know that's not going to happen.

sflanagan21, I can say with reasonable assurance that your opinion and several others on this forum including myself feel exactly the way you do. I will never in a hundred years wrap my mind around the reasoning for bringing in a second teamer to replace folks we have recruited to play one of the most critical spots on the roster for this team. Notice I said one of the most critical spots on the roster in most years. This year it happens to be the most critical, because everywhere else we are SOLID. Name another position where we have heard constant questioning. There are none. Once again we have been shortsheeted!
