So......UF's D has been "most" susceptible to the run so, what the heck, put Bauta in there with that extra run option he brings to the table.

Shotty basically only throws dink and dunk stuff anyway (Lambert averaged approx 7 1/2 yards per pass last week) and Bauta can certainly do that.....especially if you roll him out with the run/pass option.

That should be right up his alley and UF certainly won't be looking or prepared for it.

You live in FL so how bout you do all of DawgNation a favor & drive over to Jax. early next Sat. morning & relieve CMR of his headset. Heck, take your neighbor Buc with you so he can be the OC while you play HC.

If Coach Wlayton & Coach Buc were in charge with Bauta running some zone reads & catching UF totally off guard, THEN I would have some confidence in the Red & Black winning this game.

Unfortunately, after watching the last 2 performances live & in person from Sec. 326 in Sanford, I have as much confidence in UGA playing well on Halloween as I do on myself winning the GA Lottery grand prize.

Nothing sums up our fanbase's feelings more to me currently than what I witnessed in Sanford this past Sat. night when Morgan MISSED the go ahead FG early in the 4th qtr.. Literally thousands of UGA fans just got up & left in a TIE game with out team hanging on for dear life at a faint shot at keeping in the race for Atlanta. Our fanbase is just numb & apathetic under the current regime. No fight left in the fans, how can anyone say that our program has not grown stale, stagnant, & uninspired! Sheesh, what's it going to take for MAJOR change to come to Athens, an 0-8 SEC record?

Lastly I've never felt less satisfied, let alone excited, about an SEC WIN in my entire 37 years of bleeding Red & Black.

But carry on the good fight fellas...maybe someone is reading here that can influence some much needed changes?

Goose, the folks in Florida do believe that the Bulldogs are vulnerable and they are acting just like they did when urban meyer was drawing apologies from Mark Richt. Sorry, some things are hard to get over.

I don't doubt that this group of young men will play their hearts out, but there is a missing link at the top. Say again, goes much higher than Richt.

EDIT: Jim McElwain is the second coming of urban meyer, in this sense. Understands how the college game is played in 2015. gators are going to have a great recruiting year this year, if they win the SEC East, they will leave us in their dust as long as we don't have a leader in the spot occupied by Richt. Harsh, maybe . . . . Truth, for sure.

Give Buc the O-Line responsibilities... sflanigan can coach the QB's. I'll handle FB and TE. Maybe AD5 can take the running backs. wlayton can HC.. he's got that demeanor.

Can I get someone to take kickers and ST? Goose, you up for that? Steve? thriller?

I think we give the team a better chance than Sleepy and Droopy are giving them right now!

If the offense can score 3 tds and our young defense plays lights out, we can beat fla.
