1. We know Bobo has grown into the role and our offense will usually be top 3 in the SEC.
2. IF Pruitt does for us what he did for FSU, our defenses should be top 3 in the SEC year in and year out.
IF 1 and 2 happen yearly, UGA will be in the SEC titile game 3-4 times over the next 5-6 years. It won't matter what we think of CMR, he will be considered great because his teams will play in the new four team playoff 3-4 times.
IF that happens, we will win probably 1 national title.
If THAT happens, then even I can't see firing a coach who will play in 4 of those playoffs and getting to the final game 2 times and winning one.
THAT said, I still wish CMR would step down. (I am with you there Buc).

All smoke and mirrors to appease the minions.
averagedawg, the "Group" which includes mark richt and greg mcgarity, will not allow anyone close to the "throne". The "exalted Group" are the only ones allowed in that hallowed area.
Washington, D.C. has nothing on this group. What the heck, maybe Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi could learn a couple of things from the "Group".

It just seemed like some think, oh, CMR should just pack up his office, give up his 3+ million and happily ride off into the sunset.
As you know, in the corporate world, you don't do that unless you have 4 million lined up somewhere else.
Besides, in his mind he probably thinks he can still do the job (no, I don't think so either).
Ok, I stand corrected....90% of people wouldn't walk away from a postion like that.
I was just curious if some really thought you would just be a great guy and walk away from that kind of money for the good of UGA athletics.
Remember, I'm a money guy...so I think like that...

Time now for mark richt and greg mcgarity to step forward and pat themselves on the back. Maybe they got a good coordinator, more importantly, have to let the adoring public know just how valuable the two of them are to Georgia football. Both of those guys are second stringers.

Happen to have a few dollars myself. I just answered the question that you put forth. Will say this . . . . I earned it.
