wlayton, did not take the posts the same way you seem to be. I felt like they were agreeing with you in another way. This is darn good conversation about real needs based on a backwards "company policy" . . . . me thinks.

We all know what you meant... our coaches bring us down to average results despite our well above average talent.

The comments that followed your average coaching comment were not meant to be directly contradictory. It was just a platform
we used to jump into an ever deepening pool.

Yeah exactly.... total agreement with your comment wlayton.. We just used the wording to make a point, but there was nothing incorrect
with the wording at all.
