Sure, but that is only part of recruiting. To me, "very good recruiters" know who to recruit, what positions need filling, where to build depth, which position is best suited for each player (see Cam Newton, Nick Marshall, et al), and the list goes on. I'll say they may be very good con artists, but far from very good recruiters, IMO.

More than fair comment. Another 4 star QB makes your recruiting class ranking level go up, but it doesn't help your football team
one hill of beans if they already have 2 other 4 star QB's in the same class but are in desperate need of a OL.

Not AJC talk going on here. Real deal.

growl, know how much this team means to you, and some of the reasons why.

Looking at some other sites this morning, more and more see folks getting past the "good old boy" stuff. Would not bet on winning 8 games this season.

What is the phrase that richt uses often . . . . "The Georgia Way".

Geez....didn't mean to get ya'll so dang riled up....potAto, potato

Let me clarify a little better although not necessary....

average coaches to me go 6-6.....average coaches with above average players go 8-4.....average coaches with BAMA's players go 10-2.

Wasn't trying to be so dang precise....

Don't think you got anybody riled up..I know I'm not. You just opened up another discussion, which, after all is the purpose of a message board, no?
