I don't care if he's all that and a bag of chips with his faith. College football ain't the same when he became the Dawgs headcoach, so he's got to go!

What a long year this will be unless coach Richt leaves!

TampaDawg, need to do the same thing in Athens that just occured in Tampa. Get my drift?

I sure do Buc! Clean house so it looks Lovie!

Even the players are sold on this next year stuff. Even tough we had all this year with little or no improvement in the secondary. This coaching staff kills me.Looks like the only thing they can coach up is optimism. So thier answer to our whoa's is to take one of our best wide out prospects and make him a DB. That gets me to thinking how they used up RS switching him back and forth. At least we have the off season to get the sour taste out of our mouths and start sipping on the cool-aid.

“With us this year, it was just that one big play. If they didn’t score that touchdown, we’d be up the last drive,” Wiggins said. “It’s really just the small things with us. And like I said, next year Coach Grantham and the rest of the coaching staff is going to do a great job of coaching us up. And we’ll be all right.”

"When a media member mentioned the play being a missed assignment, Grantham disagreed. It wasn't a missed assignment. There should have been guys there Grantham said."

Uh......... when there are supposed to be guys there, and those guys are not there.... Hello, that is an effn' missed assignment.

Guys this isn't mediocre coaching.. this is plain old total ignorance. I know 7 year olds who wouldn't say something that stupid. I totally believe now that TG can't phonetically spell burrito if you spot him the "urrr".

"Wiggins was throwing his arms up in confusion even during the play".

It's freakin' cover 2!!!! The most simple D in the book. The safeties have to cover the deep outside.

"I'm not going to blame it on anyone Wiggins said. But the safety had half the field and I had someone else coming out.
SO IT WAS JUST GOOD PLAYS AND OUR FAULT".

Well I thought TG had made the most stupid comment, but wait!! there's a new contender! I guess the stupid just runs downhill from the top.

Please... no one post any more articles where our coaches or players try to explain why something happened. My IQ dropped 11 points just from having read our comments there.

I think I'll go weep for the future now, sheesh.

God Bless and Go Dawgs

DAWGtm, thanks for read. Book on the game was somewhere around 9.5 points. Was higher at the outset. The numbers speak volumes, and it does lend itself to more disappointment in 2014.

Wartdawg, living in Central Florida, have watched a lot of cover two, or Tampa Two as we like to call it. What I saw was not cover two, it was a group that does not understand cover two. Principle of the cover two is to keep the ball in front of the two. Give up more crossing patterns and tight end squats in the two, but never allow the deep ball.

Willie Martinez thought he understood the "two", what I saw yesterday on the 99 yarder, a repeat of Willie football. That is one of the reasons that Willie was released, could not keep the ball in front of the two deep.

The garbage coming out of grantham's mouth continues, and it will only haunt us next year. These young men are not playing football, they are being taught a game of chess, by a teacher that cannot play the game past the first or second level.

Still do not see any NFL team knocking on grantham's door. College programs either.

Defense played some good football, defense played some poor football. What was NC_Dawgs word . . . . "mediocrity".

81 fumbled the football, 27 had been the man on punts. Why the change? Some discussion here. 27 came close to dropping the ball on the last punt he caught. Did a double grab, did however hold the football.

mark richt. Has his acting scene worked out on the sideline. Stoic as all heck until the last few minutes of the fourth quarter. Goes into his "head coaching mode". Frankly, makes me sick to my stomach. Make the money he does without robbing a bank, just robbing you and I through the "Group". FACT.

Haven't heard his presser yet, will go looking.

TampaDawg, some teams whether NFL or college know when it is time to "clean house". "Loving" it . . . . :)
