Trouble is, sooner or later, those flimsy post jacks have to break.
Truth averagedawg . . . .
While all of us know that post here, we believe that the coaches don't look at what is being said by the internet folks. AM said before the 2012 Season that much had been read. Too bad that AM had to play the quarterback position and coach the football team. Even went to Mississippi and Oklahoma during his off time to improve. Appears that our coaches don't need to do that. They have been in the "arena", nothing else to learn.
Better prepare ourselves now for what is facing us. There are several in the SEC that are definitely on the rise. Stick with the lack of leadership that runs "our" program now, would not surprise me to see a much larger failure before the magical year of 2017.
yd1 has mentioned that there seemed to be some rumblings in Athens about a "cooler" handshake between richt and grantham. Think I got that close to right. My question is . . . . who caused that . . . . surely not those of us that have been . . . . but have not been in the "arena". Was at the game in Orlando against Nebraska and watched richt physically grab grantham and pull him away from where he wanted to go.
Not going to say "psycho", but an ego can be a terrible thingy. Seem to remember ohio state and Clemson some years back with a coach that went too far. An acquaintace of mine played on that Clemson team. Lives a stones throw away from me now.
Some might not remember the 1978 Gator Bowl. If you have not seen this video, brings back the word "psycho" to me.
