Fixed that for you...

Absolutely, wart. A group of "average" coaches could get uga's level of talent to a BCS bowl game every year, or at least contending for a BCS bowl most of the season. Our coaches have proven to be WELL BELOW average.

One thing this coaching staff has accomplished is to cause folks like me to view the program with apathy, I love the team, cant stand whats happening over and over, and cant change it. I'm sick of these excuses.

Yeah sadler.... I would be happy right now if our coaches displayed "average" ability.

Average coaches and we finish 10-3 this season at the worst... with all the same injuries.

With "average", we don't lose the Vandy game and we certainly don't lose against Nebraska. Might even go 11-2 as an average
coaching staff might have reminded our d-backs to knock the ball down on 4th and 18 or whatever...

I truly felt sorry for Lynch, it will make him a stronger person.
Kind of like the knock on Murray not winning the big ones.
We are in a come from behind position at the end of almost every game because of poor coaching.
We take care of business and we wouldn't usually have to worry about the last play of the game.
Not the players' cross to bear.
Blame the CEO.

I'll even go a step further and say they are below average recruiters. Can they go into a house and convince a player and his folks that he should be at uga? Sure, but that is only part of recruiting. To me, "very good recruiters" know who to recruit, what positions need filling, where to build depth, which position is best suited for each player (see Cam Newton, Nick Marshall, et al), and the list goes on. I'll say they may be very good con artists, but far from very good recruiters, IMO.

Our CEO is General McClellan.

He knows how to recruit an army... just doesn't know what the #@$& to do with it after it's put together.

After repeated failure to capitalize on opportunity, McClellan, upon being dismissed by Lincoln wrote to his wife;
"Those in whose judgment I rely tell me that I fought the battle splendidly and that it was a masterpiece of art.."
That reminds me a lot of "I know what the hell I'm doing!!!!" after another round of FAIL.

It's too bad McGarrity is not our Lincoln, and wont pull the trigger on this guys dismissal.
