Seldom, if ever have I questioned kentdaddy. Not that I think he is always right, but if we play percentages, would be hard to sit across the table from him in a poker game. He goes outside of the playing field and discusses things that really matter and have a bearing on college football. One of the biggies was Emmert and the NCAA. He did not say much in the Mickey/Minnie discussion, but that is how he operates.

For example. In this thread count the times he has shown his avatar. Sitting back and letting the pros and cons work their way through to where he has been for a long time. I figure that his silence is golden from where he sits. JMO.

Having recently moved to Colorado it is easy to just not care and fill my days with hiking, climbing, shooting, camping or fishing. I hate that UGA football is to the point it is simply less compelling. Richt has steered the program to this spot. They have as much talent as anyone. That talent seems to just not get coached up.

I look at the names in the NFL who are studs since 2005 and it is astounding how little was accomplished in Athens.

AJ Green
Geno Atkins

Justin Houston led the NFL in sacks

Alec Ogletree led the league in tackles not too long ago.'

Marlon Brown has even had some good games.

Knowshon has help the Broncos to a hot start.

There has been so much talent through in the last 8 years yet incompetent coaching seems to have done little with it.

Not saying this about anyone here, but there are many that seem to relish the thought of saying "HA!! I was right, and you fools were wrong!!!" more than they do seeing the team they supposedly cheer for do well.

I know people like that.. even have a couple of relatives that are that way.... you should see the grin on their face when they say they were right all along about MR.


My response to those types is: Say it if it's true, but if you're smiling about it then there is something wrong with you as a fan.

Just a little off subject. Photo below happened just south of where I live. This is the kind of thing that causes a lot of problems around the Everglades. This kind of thing started with hurricane weather aiding in releasing these snakes. Now it is the butt faces that grow tired of the snake game and release them. Sent to me by some folks that I know down that way. This is real.

This is what was spotted on Okeechobee extension west of the Turnpike in Ft.Pierce a hour ago....at least 20ft.

Do me a big favor and just keep those things down there.
