I think you said this earlier, wlayton, but the next man up in some cases was 3 deep a week or two ago, because he isn't as good as the first or second man up. THAT is what worries me. Missouri will be playing their starters against some of our 3 deep skill positions. (I'm sorry for calling out a player by name, but Rhett McGowan is now starting. He simply cannot catch a football. I'd feel about as confident if they would pick a guy out of the trombone section and suit him up.) That makes it a coin toss. Our absolutely ANEMIC defense breaks the deadlock - I'm afraid.

But Buc is helping me keep my chin up. Therefore I firmly resolve: I will NOT watch replays of that infernal Tennessee game, and I will convince myself that the game wasn't as close as it looked because they blocked a punt. I will keep chanting that each night to help me get to sleep.
