Agree with being a little more positive/problem solving. Still say it is early yet, a long way to go. The D will progress, just need to find a way to get past USC and LSU. Believe if we can, we will be a real tough out the rest of the year.

I love the Dawgs, I want them to win, I brag on them from time to time, and I HATE kool aid!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding man, I know you're coming from a good & very realistic place (not EXPECTING CMR to go anywhere) & I also think AllDawgs5 is coming from a different point of view but a good place as well. You 2 could probably be the elected poster children for the 2 sides of the UGA football fan base right now which are probably close to 50-50 on their approval of our head coach (with your side possibly in the minority like you mentioned). Sadler, you & Kentdaddy (and possibly ogredawg?) have been steadfast in your disapproval of CMR for many, many years now & I respect you all for sticking to your guns. Hell, you are quite possibly 100% correct & with a coaching change years ago, we already have some BCS Champions t-shirts hanging in our closets. At the same time, AD5 & several others in here have been equally unwavering in their support for CMR & I commend them for holding their ground as well. How's that for politician talk?!

As for me, I wanted Richt canned after Willie's final season (he is the one person who decided to hire & keep his good friend that was failing to produce on the job) but since that forgettable 2010 season he seemed to "right the ship" & recovered nicely in 2011 & 2012 (beating Florida 2 straight helped a bunch as well as making it to the SECCG twice). So, after the past 2 season, I was fairly content (happy enough I'd say) with CMR to keep on rooting like heck for him.

I personally need to see how 2013 shakes out before casting my vote for "CMR stays" or "CMR goes". If we lose in a blowout to SC on Sat. (which I'd bet good money doesn't happen) maybe I feel a bit differently but I would at least like to see how the month of Sept. pans out with a cupcake following our bye week & then nasty ol LSU coming into our house to end the month. If we are 3-1 on heading into the Tenn. game I'll be loving me some CMR. If we are 1-3 I'll be checking the available coaches list. If we are 2-2, I'll probably still feel like I do today which is somewhere in the middle.

Regardless, this is a really good thread here, but getting back to the Gamechickens, since we ain't bringing any new coaches w/us to the game on Sat., what are we supposed to do to even have a chance of beating them SC boys with the team we've got???

After seeing how our D struggled and needs to grow, we need to give them a whole lot of Gurley and Marshall, control the clock and keep OUR D off the field.

I like the idea of having them chase after these running backs, mixed with a good healthy dose of short quick passes to the TE and RB's, and for good measure QH running full steam ahead with his helmet in clowneys mid section. I like my plan.....
