sadlerdawg, I'm with you and thriller.......I'm not happy either, just thinking out loud about possible reasons for looking so bad, especially the 1st half. Still believe in the #5 scenario though....been there, done that.

I hope what we saw yesterday was some of thoses #'s 1 thru 5's but I'm scared/worried that it wasn't.

Imo, for CMR's and the whole coaching staff's sake, I hope they were playing possum on offense and defense, not showing their "hand". We'll see next Sat. night I guess. Certainly wouldn't be unusual for a team in that position to not show a Mizzou what they are going to throw at them.

And if #5 is somewhat correct, we will see immediately if they are "jacked" to play Mizzou. The difference in their intensity, focus, movement and concentration should be obvious in that case.

Anybody heard about Theus? I friend of mine said he heard that the sprained ankle wasn't bad and will probably play......hope so.

I hope you're right, wlayton, I just don't think so. #5, maybe, but that's still nothing new, and I don't see why the coach can't get them motivated for the cream puffs year after year.
