Same as every year. 9-10 wins, win the east and play in ATL in December. Top 10 ranking, top tier bowl. Talent is their for nothing less.

AD5, with this year's schedule, I was looking for a 9-10 win regular season with a great shot at winning the SEC East.....(of course I always feel we CAN win any/every game)

UT may be a little better than I originally thought and GT certainly is better than I expected. UF is about what I expected and now looks better for us with them. AU is gradually becoming better than I thought as well (Chizik a good coach??.....surprises me!!)

Still feel the same.

I think Vasser will get the start and see more of the field. He has proven better in dropping back into coverage and we all know Bray will be trying to sling it all over the yard. Would love to see Drew get in there and plant the little throat slashing punk into the turf in Neyland though. Kid's hungry for sure!

I am with both of those. All that I have seen is still capable of happening. Are we as strong as I would like, no. There is a lot of inexperience, and it has shown at times. That is why I haven't been to hard on AM, he is still a young qb. Life was easier for him last year. When you have one of the best WR's to ever play college football, that helps. Heard, last year bama struggled on D because of the talent they lost. Look at what UGA's offense has lost, either to the NFL, or because guys didn't want to hang around.

I guess my question is, did people really expect our offense, with a young qb, a freshman RB, a relatively inexperienced O-L that is very thin not to mention they are breaking in a new O-L coach, and a young inexperienced WR corp, to be an absolute jugernaut? Even with the loses, we are still averaging around 30pts a game in SEC play.

3 costly turnovers. 3 plays.

We can also phrase the question this way...

Did people really expect our offense, with a returning QB who was one of the best in the league
as a freshman, an incoming sensation at RB, the biggest O-line in football at any level, a
young but highly touted WR core that includes a talented 3rd year player in TKing, a fullback
big enough for his own zip code, and 2 or 3 highly talented TE's... to be a juggernaut?

Answer - yeah... pretty much. Even with the wins..certainly don't expect that to be a group that be completely shutdown in the 2nd half against 2 of the bottom dwellers of the western division.
