Well, I agree, the weeding out process is cyclical and needed.
However, the new dynamic is hire undocumented workers at a fraction of the cost, quality of work be damned.
Take a gander at any commercial building site.
Who's working and who's not?

But the R and the D are different shades of the same colors. I worked for home builders who employed the illegal crews. The guy employing those future D voters is an R through and through. Both parties are complicit in the problem.
