Dee Hart says in Rivals interview that he is committing to Bama. That should convince any doubter that Crowell is headed to UGA.

UGA has offered Sanford Seay. He should commit soon.

“I feel good about it. I’m excited,’’ Seay said. “It’s the school I always followed. I grew up liking Georgia. You could say it’s my favorite school.’’

Seay said he plans to meet with Georgia coaches this week before making a decision.

I would love to have Crowell, but given the ineptitude of the UGA coaches it is hard to be optimistic.

"Dream Team" in fla

Under Armour All-Americans Isaiah Crowell (Columbus, Ga./Carver), Jay Rome(Valdosta Ga./Valdosta), Malcolm Mitchell (Valdosta), Xzavier Dickson (Griffin, Ga./Griffin) and Quan Bray (LaGrange, Ga./Troup County) are joined by five-star defensive end Ray Drew (Thomasville, Ga./Thomas County) and four-star ATH Damian Swann (Atlanta/Grady) to make up the group.

"Well, you know, I definitely like to keep in touch with my boys," Rome said. "We're all from Georgia and we're all doing our thing in the same class, so, you know, you want to play with your friends.

"But I don't think I'm the ringleader or anything."

Dickson disagreed.

"There no doubt that Jay Rome is the ringleader of the dream team," Dickson said. "He's always calling us trying to recruit us to Georgia."

RD......watched his dad, Stan Rome play WR, PR, KR etc etc for Valdosta High School in the early '70's. He was a man among boys, an outstanding athlete, could play any sport. Ended up playing basketball for Clemson. He could single handedly win a ballgame for you.....son has got to be pretty good too.

Great info rabun. That, plus the 'slip of the tongue" comment from Crowell about getting to Athens, leads me to believe we may land 4,5 of these 7.
