Let Bauta finish out the season and allow him to settle in. He brings more to the plate than both Lambert and Ramsey combined. Bauta will only get better from here out as he gets comfortable in his role. Obviously he should be running more read options and bootlegs but I don't even think richt or shotty know how to game plan to Bauta's strengths. But the more comfortable he gets the more likely he will run on his own when things break down. Like other board members have said, Bauta was literally thrown to the wolves on Saturday and leg tied at that!

I personally would like to see Bauta settle in and prove his worth and then start next season. I'm just not sold on Eason coming in next year and flipping our program, way too many mechanic issues and it scares the crap out of me knowing that he faces teams like Mt Zion and Calhoun County on a weekly basis.I will leave it at that...

Imagine if had Bauta been given the reins and could have developed and grown
into the position over those first 4 weeks when we faced very weak competition.

He got nothing that could be considered a fair shake, he was definitely shafted.
