I think he meant the results can tank like what happened with UT after Fulmer..
several consecutive seasons of a 5-7 type record if we say goodbye to Richt..
My reply to that is this...
Yeah, we could easily be Tennessee or Arkansas right now if we made a bad hire to replace him, but then again we
could also be Alabama.
Accepting "pretty good" most years for fear of failure if we were trying to be GREAT is not the direction I would choose.
Accepting "pretty good most years" is why we lost to Vanderbilt in 2013 and 2006. It's why we have haven't won a
NC since Reagan's first year. It's why we haven't won an SEC crown since 05, etc etc

Look at the talent UGA had since the last national title. There are tons of guys playing on sunday who are pro-bowl caliber. Yet the piss poor coaching in college could not get much out of them. Richt is the problem. He has been the problem forever.
EDIT: And UGA is not UT because Georgia is a top 5 highschool talent state while Tennessee is not. There is enough talent in Georgia to not need out of state kids. Tennessee is the modern day Minnesota. They may never be relevant again.

I hear they are still ON-SALE at the 441 Flea Market!!!

REALLY??...9-3, 8-4, 7-5??...You think that's what the university wants?
