We lost 6 offensive starters, or would be starters. SIX. You really thought we had a great shot at a NC having one loss, 3rd string back, 3rd string WR's, and a defense that gave up that many points to UT. You really thought we had a real shot? And I am the sunshine pumper? Full strength we had a shot. Losing 90% of our offensive production besides our QB pretty much eliminates those chances. Would for any team that plays in the SEC. Not sure what the stats have to do with that.

Sadler could be Bill Walsh for all I know. Was simply asking a question.

AD5.....saw where Saban won his 1st NC in his 14th year as a COLLEGE HC....this is CMR's 14th year, since no NC this year, guess he should resign???

Truth be known, CMR was probably as responsible for BB's NC wins at FSU as BB was.....oh, they had a pretty good DC too in Andrews.

Not that it matters, but I don't think it was Saban's 14th year as a HC.

He was HC at Toledo in 1990, then was DC for the Cleveland Browns for 4 years.

95 he was back at HC with Michigan State and then won the NC at LSU in 03.

So it was more like his 9-10th year or so as HC. 4th year at LSU.

You are correct, my bad, knew he won at LSU. Jumped down the list to BAMA....well then, guess CMR is living on borrowed time.

When your HC of a program like UGA is saying year after year that, "our primary goal is to win the SEC championship" then we have a problem. I have NEVER played/coached a sport to win a secondary championship and you are NOT going to be a part of my program if that is your primary goal. Again, our boys at UGA are NOT getting coached up and we can go on forever about turnovers, missed tackles, missed assignments, etc...But the fact is and I'm a firm believer of this, the elite teams in every sport have the elite coaches that will MAKE you buy into anything!!! Look at the KC Chiefs for example if ya don't believe me. I could elaborate even more but it will just fall on deaf ears...

Also, when I watch Louisville play I wanna get on the field and play for Strong!!! That man is the leader of that team and those boys think they are the best team in the country (we know they aren't) and they give it their all and they leave everything on the field.

Again, I love CMR as a man and he is a good coach, I can't deny nor dispute that BUT we are LOADED with talent and we have two of the best RB'S in the Nation coming in next year and as hard as it is to say this I doubt we will ever win it all with CMR. He is a good coach and an even better recruiter...just saying
