To be honest, I'm very nervous for this game (and future ones, especially UF). Our offense is NOT going to be as explosive if Gurley doesn't play and I'm just not sure our D can have our offense's back like the offense has had the D's back.....certainly haven't shown they can.

On a positive note though, our OL is playing VERY well.....huge help with these injuries.

Hope I'm worrying for nothing.

I'm with you, wlayton. I didn't panic when KM went down because JJ Green is impressing me. When MB went down, that didn't bother me that bad, since we had to do without him last year and we do have some guys who can at least catch the ball. But when JSW went down, that's when the pit of my stomach started hurting. Without KM, we still run, without MB we still catch - without ALL of those guys - it's NOT the same offense that has been slicing through opposing defenses. Add to that the fact that Missouri is going to do just that to OUR defense, and that makes me think we no longer have a championship caliber team. Snake bit is just snake bit - you just can't absorb THAT many injuries until you eventually have to use the JV squad.

Missouri Tiger game could be the game that makes folks really look at AM and recognize what the Heisman Trophy is all about.

wlayton, that was some great insight! It's time to get RD up to speed and I mean ASAP! He better be studying his rear off and I hope he is getting some help from his fellow DAWGS! I do believe that Conley is more than capable of getting open on the deep ball though. JSW is going to be hard to replace but luckily we had depth at WR and these guys can ball. Look for RW to step up big time!

All I can say is this, thank you Dear Lord that we have AM as our QB! With him delivering the passes then anything is possible!!! Fellows I know we took a big hit at WR but we still have some very good WR on our squad and that's a fact. Sure a lot of teams would like to have Conley and Wooten.

Sure wish CMR would burn Turmans red shirt though! I would hate to see Green go down for taking to much of the load, just don't think he is built to take the majority of the carries. Douglas will be game and ready but I'm not sure if he is quite ready for SEC play, speed wise (please prove me wrong big boy).

I think if AM gets the time then we should be fine against Mizz. Our D has already played against some very good offenses so Mizz is NOT gonna shock em'! We all know that they need to improve in the secondary and on the runs outside of the tackles. But we have AM and I have faith that he will NOT let us down! He came back for a reason and I know he can't do it all but I like our chances as long as he is taking the snaps. Our D is getting better and maybe it's not as fast as we would like but this could be the week that it all comes together and clicks for em'! We are NOT short of athletes on D that's for sure!

This is a very big game for our DAWGS and they all know what is at stake. It will be a battle but we are at Home and I just don't see Mizz pulling the upset.

GO DAWGS
