Sadler you are 100% right

DWS guess it does come back to one of sadlerdawg's largest issues for a long time.

Really had a feeling that we had moved forward. Not the players fault in most instances. Several million dollars wrapped up in our coaching staff . . . . not to be too ugly, looking for a return on the money invested.

Missouri coming to Athens on a high note.

As bad as the injuries were in Knoxville, that is football, whether legal hits or bad playing field, Missouri could care less. They will be reminded of their game against us when we had several members that moved on to the NFL.

Missouri runs the spread, they understand catching the football. Something has to be corrected in Athens, especially on the defensive side. Bothers me at this point. How do we correct problems in one week of practice that we apparently have not been able to correct in a year (or more).

The missou game isn't going to be up to the defense anymore, they are going to score points and we've seen that this defense apparently isn't going to change anytime soon. The thing that we have to watch this week is going to be the offense and whether or not we can keep up the pace. It's disheartening to watch the defense playing as hard as they are and not getting the results we all want, it isnt from lack of wanting to or good things would be happening, God knows there have been times when I wanted to do something but just did'nt have the know how right then. Most times I kept at it til I got it right ,and ,these men will too, as long as the desire is there. Hopefully it will not be too late when we figure it out. GO DAWGS!!!!!!! GATA

growl, as close to the truth as one can get. Thank you.

So much talent, maybe the light will go on . . . . go on for the coaching staff. AM, just remember when you first came on board, they did not want you to run the ball, understandable, learn the system. However looks as if he knows what to do with the football when it is time to gallop. Nice little run in Knoxville, reminded me of Plant High School. AM did a lot of that.

There are those that questioned your ability at quarterback AM. Just smile, say thank you and move on. Hard to be right 100% of the time, especially when there are some that know the position better than you do.

Last statistics that I have looked over, AM is at the top of the list when it comes to stats in the SEC. Surely as some have said often, this cannot be the quarterback that will lead the Red and Black to victory. lol!

Buc been in AM's camp for as long as he has been in Athens

I was at Sanford for his first G Game Starting right then Zack was the Big kid had the look of being a Tebow with a better arm

More than a football player he his a good person blessed with a super set of parents and a strong family support group

Without question he has paid his dues Clutch will play on Sunday speaking of which good to see KM having a good game last night

Disappointed with th D have questions about CTG will wait until the season is done keeping powder dry a tad longer

Has CTG become the new CMB of the Bulldog fans??

Interesting last question yd1.

Seems many folks are asking questions, and the questions being asked are serious for the most part. Would like nothing better than to have this entire group of coaches "finish the drill". Players are asked to do that, has to apply to coaches.

"Clutch" will play in the NFL. Allow me this. Have heard it said down this way that the Saints want AM. I can see AM going in the second round, that ain't bad. Has the smarts and the tools to play in the league. Manning family thinks the world of AM, as does Tony Dungy. Here is hoping that he stays healthy.

I also realize that our coaches were hoping to get a second breath, tough opening in 2013, some say we had the toughest schedule in the nation.

When I think about what has been accomplished to this point, makes me want to pull back and say what you said . . . .Disappointed with the D have questions about CTG will wait until the season is done keeping powder dry a tad longer.

yd1, not sure Todd Grantham can pull a rabbit out of his hat. I hope so, but something as many are saying, has to change.

Would still like to see this group of talented players in a four man front. Why? Because we have some players with size and weight that cannot play behind the defensive line. Too many quality players not getting enough reps. Enough depth to still have a solid rotation.

Seem to remember us sitting Moreno when maybe he should have had the pads on and doing what he does. Plays with an attitude, and talent.

Good post, you always get me to thinking about . . . . things.

Go Dawgs! :)

We are still going to score and score a lot. AM proved against the Vols that he can check off to the right play. We still have guys that can catch the ball. Wooten is a 5th year senior and a leader. Conley, McGowan, Lynch, Rome we still have guys who CAN MAKE plays. Granted we are not as strong as earlier but we have been talking depth here for the past 2 years.

Gurley will play bet on it. No way he sits anymore with Marshall going down.

If Bobo sits on his hands and does not let AM take over the game in the way he can then yes we are doomed. AM has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he has Ice Water in his veins and can stay cool under pressure. That is what a 5th year QB does and he does it pretty damn good.

Our D can play they just need to adjust our schemes. We held LSwho's vaunted ground game to pretty much be a non factor. Think the guys were reading too much of their press clippings after that game, happens to young men. Dumb it down, play more man and less zones. We play a little more man coverage and I would bet we get more INTS. Anyone remember when we got our last INT. and how many do we have this year TOTAL. We do have the speed to get to the ball and to cover just about any one in the SEC. Drew was a beast against the Vols. Coming into his own now that his hand is in the dirt. Floyd and Jenkins on the field at the same time can do nothing but help this team. Let them play and play smart and DO NOT COMPLICATE things and we will be just fine.
