Seems to me that there are several on this board and others that like to talk football. Both before and after a game. That includes me. The link placed here comes from the Volunteer web site. Might want to have a little something to say after reading this link. Saw several things that jumped out to me.
Will list one from the bleacher report article. . . . Talking heads. Has Steven Cook not heard of, or watched pass tip drills in high school, college and the NFL. When you really want to see if a player is concentrating, tip drills bring the bacon home. Falling in Conley's lap, please, give me a damn break "Talking Head".
Pass Defense
Georgia's Aaron Murray was given easy first-down throws all half. Chris Conley made a spectacular one-handed touchdown grab,
and some luck—a tipped pass on fourth down falling in Conley's lap, going 24 yards and setting up a Bulldogs touchdown—was also involved.
AM given easy first down throws all half. Pal, Willie Martinez is the defensive backfield coach. Should have continued in certain situations in the second half, even with missing first team players.
AM proved he could get it done without the help of his offensive coordinator in this game. Last touchdown, listen closely folks, those of you that think there are not others that can produce, check the last drive with time on the clock, without first stringers.
Earlier thriller had pointed out the condition of the Neyland Stadium Field. Here is another posters comments on the Volunteer network that agrees with thriller.
Apparently UT's field is in terrible shape which contributed to Scott wessely and Bennett going down with knee injuries. It kinda sucks that a big time program like tennesee cuts corners on turf!
