Satisfied With 2013 --Time To Coach'em Up!

When I read an article like the one below, just solidifies my good feelings about this years NSD. Here we have a young man than could have played anywhere in the nation, had some questions from time to time, but ended up wearing the Red and Black. These are the kind of young men that will ensure that our football and academic programs grow. What a splash he could have made if he held out to NSD. Some of these young pups grow up faster than others . . . .

Below is the crap that some of us have talked about coming out of the AJC.

MC of the AJC, hard for me to call him by name, comes up with headlines like the following.

QB phenom leads Georgia's Class of 2014

Amazes me that he can use words like PHENOM when describing a high school football player. Did not take the AJC long to start their usual "stuff" looking for those clicks. I (Buc) know more about Rocket Science that MC knows about football. You are right, don't know a damn thing about Rockets, even though I live in Merritt Island, Florida and watch Shuttle and Rocket launches from my living room or the front yard. When the Shuttle program was still up and running, used to watch it as close as they allowed civilians.

While MC and his folks at the AJC might get a chuckle because I am referring to one of his articles, my bet is MC and maybe one more beat writer might be on a short leash.

This is the way that the AJC is trying to get folks to subscribe. They have a problem or two. There are no Furman Bishers or Jesse Outlars around anymore.

There will be no end to the BS that comes from the AJC, especially when it pertains to UGA Football. They preferred Georgia Tech many years ago, but the 10th Street Gang chose to play a soft schedule, moved to the ACC. Problem with that was, Miami and Florida State did the same.

Some of MC's latest BS . . . .

Edit: All of this talk about quarterbacks, UGA has a player on board right now that could play for many colleges. I have no doubts that Faton Bauta will quarterback the Bulldogs. So much talk about those coming in each year, many never see the field. Faton Bauta is all that. Great arm, loves to run over folks. Smart beyond reach. Mark Richt is aware.

36869, the comment below that you made stuck in my mind, much like AD5's did yesterday. Reminds me of something that averagedawg would say, quick, to the point and factual. You guys don't post for favors, it is the way you feel. Never hurts to understand the game.

Scheme is pretty much irrelevant if you cant block, tackle and cover.
