I agree with bulldawg36869.

Your statement about us wanting to bash is retarded. Do you really think we are Dawg fans who just want to bash? We want to get better. Wew may disagree with you but to say we just want to bash is insulting.

You said: "Wondering why you suggest the power I. That doesn't make sense. The more you put in the box, the more they are going to put in the box."

Well , at that point mr. genius, I would do what Bobo failed to deliever on all day: 1) Charles down the seem, or , as a GOOD OC would do, find another way to get the ball; OR, keep running out of the power I b/c even if we got 2 yards a carry, it would have been better in the sense that we are letting RS get some momentum; OR, out of the Power I, as I am sure YOU know, you can bootleg out of it and hit a TE for a simpel 5 yard gain.

Well, Mr. Genius,

An DC would not have walked a safety in the box with the addition of a FB. The S would have slid back in and given a traditional 4-3 look, you would still have the safeties sitting over top. Believe AM commented on that exactly, which MUST MEAN there were plays designed to try to get OC the ball.

Now for the Power I, you've got Sam back in the box. You are probably going to see a corner lined up, 5 and 2 on OC. You are still going to have the 2 safeties preventing any threat of a seam route. You are going to be taking OC out of the play no matter what the call. If you boot, walked in CB is going to be underneath with the half field safety over top. You might hit the FB in the flat so I do give you that. But their Sam backer was pretty dang good.

We tried the I a few times. Not much success their either. Had chances throwing the football, hit some, missed some, and made the most critical error of the ball game doing it. Can't say it was because of the play call there though.

Figured a little X and O talk would be a little to much for you. No worries, I expected nothing more.

Allpup5, your X's and O's genius were definitely gotten from some spanker's website, because you sound naive when you lay out your theories. You missed one tiny little detail when you presented your diagnosis of what MSU would do: the audible.

Under your theory, there really is no need to play the damn game because when we come to the line and MSU checks into their set, then we are screwed and should just roll over and weep.

Did you grow up in the WAC ?

BulldogShannon, this being an open board, guess that means all of us can contribute and be a part of everything. Been reading along with the back and forth and have to say I don't appreciate the use of the word retarded. That covers a lot of ground with a lot of people, think you might want to refrain from that sort of language. You are too smart for that kind of language.

Your statement about us wanting to bash is retarded.

This thread, post #283.

Just saying, you and I have covered similar ground before.
