Reunite or rebuild

That's why I say that UGA should definitely have a top 10 type of program.

(Well that and all those pesky stats dating back to 1940 that say we are a top 10 program.)

Just another reason not to settle for anything less than that.

If any coach would not want to come to Athens, then something odd is up.. (like maybe they don't
want to work with Adams)

God Bless and Go Dawgs

To me the main reason I want a change from CMR is that the team have developed a loser attitude. CMR has run such a lax program, doing away with the 2 a days last year, and not having a curfew and letting the players run wild over the past 3 years. There was a time when i did not fear us losing to another team. I mean even with the Golf and Donnan years, I didn't feel as I do now. It is a shame that you don't have faith in your team that they can or could possible lose to Costal Carolina, Miss, Vandy, KY.
I mean for years playing Vandy, KY, USC, Miss State, Miss, these were pretty much assured wins and we played all top 20 teams close or won most games.

The attitude of our players seems to be that we are playing a team with a winning record or a top 25 team, so we have to make mental mistakes so we can lose this game. There is no one to give these kids the confidence that you are UGA, damit you can beat any body and all you need to do is to go out there use your god given talents and play 110% for 4 quarters. But no we have Mr nice guy, we tried hard, can't make mistakes and expect to win, we'll work on this and that. If you are such a good coach as some on here what to make out, then why don't you teach these kids how to block, tackle, take over the play calling come up with some other plays that other teams don't know what the H we are doing. I mean for god sack, we only have a 4 to 5 plays that we can run for an entire game. If you care CMR take control of your team, you get paid the bid bucks, stay up 24/7 to make sure the players know what to do. If you have lose interest, then please do us all a favor a resign.

Bingo!! Adams has had a cush job for 15 or so years. Lots of skeletons and ghosts in his closet. Stop Buc . . . . maybe we will get more out of Adams than asking folks to be sure and show up on Saturdays. Does he truly think that the University of Georgia started to prosper when he rode up, might be. Stop Buc. Choice of living quarters and parties for family and friends. Stop Buc.

I vote for this . . . . maybe. Main reason I would want to keep Richt at this point. I did say at this point. I believe that we have the coaches on the defensive side of the ball that should stay, stay in place and keep moving forward with their program, and I do believe that Grantham and company have a plan and a program for the D side.

Allow me this. If the Offensive side of the ball had the same type of program laid out, like the D side does and we could see necessary improvement, there would not be a problem.

I look at the threads and posts on this board, and others. Over 50% of the calls on the O side can be called by more than 50% of the folks that participate on this board regularly. If you are not in the over 50%, come join in against Florida. Try calling what you think the next play will be. It will not stress you out, it will enlighten those that have not have participated in play calling before.

At that point you have the right to get in front of the group or whomever is in the particular place you happen to be, to say . . . . "See, I told you what they were going to run". Sound like fun and games, it is not, pp's me off. Too often we are right.

Would love to see UGA go into JAX and do something out of the normal. Know what I mean, something like Rodgers from Vanderbilt did against UGA.

Fake punt, again from Vandy this time . . . . Richt said that he started to call a time out, knew something was wrong, the line shifted, making the center eligible, he however did not call a time out. That my Brothers is in his post game tape coming from his mouth. Thought maybe I might see that posted here this week, but did not, so I posted it tonight. Don't think I missed it, read everything that is listed.

Have to say this . . . . Florida will not allow IC to make that little move outside and down the sideline. They will keep IC inside the ends/tackles, not outside. RS can't do that against Florida, not enough speed or balance. Where does that leave our offense? I have thoughts, many will read this post, contribute, tell me what you would do against the Florida defense. If you participate in this little show and tell, I promise you I will. We have many on this board that have a solution better than Bobo's, so lets go with our plan, maybe we can win in JAX. Means a lot my Brothers, win in JAX and many things could change quickly in our program. Both sides of the "island".

Come on fellows, lets tell Bobo what we will or would not do . . . . fair enough, I think so.

Go Dawgs!! Game plan from the masses. Bobo, you listening? :)

duck, from where I sit, the offense has not changed since the Richt era started. That I know is what you are saying. We look for the same type players and leave huge gaps in our overall team that take more than one recruiting year to turn around. I mean that is the way it appears to me.

One statement you made had me sit back and look closely. You said, Richt take over your team. WOW!

Nuff said.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that when CMR took over we ran many different plays. It was not until BOBO took over that our play book changed and even more so over the last few years. I mean you'd think for as long as he has been OC, that we'd runmore than 4 or 5 plays. It just seems like every year we do the same old things. I mean this wild cat thing, I mean you got BB at QB so I know who is going to run the ball, so he doesn't think the D is ready. The wild cat does not work for us, If they want to use BB as a back then let him sub for IC and run behind blocking ect, don't make it so ovious when he come in, for every one on defense is keying on BB.

Like you said, IC will not get many yards against UF unless or OL does something different. AM is going to have to do some slants or quick throws for I don't believe he will be able to throw the long ball. I don't know if a screen will even work, I think Fla will be waiting for that. So with that said, if the OL does not block so we can establish a run game and they can not give AM time to throw, it will be another long day and a loss for us. I see Fla using the short pass like BS killed us with and throwing those short passes to Demps, will kill us with his speed. Brother we had better come up with some pressure and blitz packages ourself.

As you said, this will be a game as to wether we have turned the corner or not. Win and good things could contiune, lose and it will be another lose to a team with a winning record that we just can't beat. If this happens, it will just prove my feelings, that we can not compete with the upper teams in the college ranks.
