Grantham is a helluva a coach. I am very thankful we got him. Agree Buc, winning is the best recruiter a coach can have. You start winning more, you start getting more prime coverage, more people watching, bigger bowls, and so on.

Those 3 games will make or break Richt. He doesnt win at least to of them, with one definitely being uf, then he is gone.

GO DAWGS

Good post AllDawgs5, I have the same feelings. When McGarity came out this week and said let's see where the rest of this season goes, not to count our chickens before they hatch, so to speak, surprised me a bit. Sounded more like all hands on deck, meaning all hands.

While all of us will never totally agree, think that most on this board know that certain areas have to progress in order to bring stability back to our program. Not going to go to name calling in this post, some areas need more attention than others.

Would it surprise me to see Richt by signing date have maybe, potentially, the best group of offensive linemen ever? Nope, I think he knows what the next step is and Friend is probably going to be given a loose reign.

Makes no sense to hire folks and not trust what they bring to the table. Friend played for Alabama and have said before, he is not chopped liver. If I am Friend, taking this job at UGA, (if it was me) probably pp in my pants. Would be that excited. Hoping we have another coach with spirit on the offensive side, same as the defensive side, will only make all of us happier and his check book grow.

I really like several things that have happened this year and a couple that really appear to be solid . . . . Lakatos and Olivadotti. To this point, the two of them have their charges ready to play. Florida will be a huge test. They always are, and they are not Tennessee. Trust me.
