Does Richt have any eligibility left??? Maybe AM can coach and MR can throw it:)
You are right: lose saturday, and I don't want to think about what it means. It will be the darkest time under CMR.
Hypothetical: say we lose saturday, but win 10 in a row then get drilled in Atlanta. 10-3.
We win the bowl game.
11-3.
I know he will keep his job, and I guess he should since we should be better next year than this year, but how will we feel as Dawgs?? Would that be a blip? Or a sign we have turned it around?
I don't know.
I don't have confidence he can do it.
HEY BS, YOUR SCENARIO MEANS WE WOULD HAVE BEATEN THE gators!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!
(well just this year...no more  )

You don't have to worry about us going 10/2, when we lose to USC, we will go in to a downward spirral, and loss to Miss State, Tenn, Fla, Auburn and GA Tech. I am not so sure we will be able to beat vandy or old miss, but didn't want to seem to drastic.
I know everyone wants to hope and to believe we really have a chance against USC, but be real, they have more weapons the BS, and a much better D. I know I am the most negative pereson on this board, but from what I saw Saturaday, we will be lucky to kick a field goal. We have no one to block those 2 bid Defensive ends and there middle will tear us up also. AM should be worried, for he will be on his back more than ever. I don't know how vegas comes up with 3 points, I am still sicking to my score 56 to 3. I guess we will see Sat night, I'll admitt I was wrong, or I'll be here to tell you I told you so. I pray to god I am wrong, but with this team I just don't see it.
I just hope Clowney doesn't KILL Murray........literally.

Going to make a bold statement here. I think that Richt is leaving UGA after this season.
CMR is a good man, but I wonder if he has the demeanor to continue on within the
SEC.
I mean face it.. the top programs in the SEC demand an aggressive coach that eats,
sleeps, and breathes nothing but football. That's what Urban was. It's what Saban is.
Miles is seemingly not the brightest bulb in the box, but he's got that going
for him. Spurrier.. ditto.
I'm not sure CMR has the desire to eat and breathe football like that. I think when
things declined a little bit, that Richt was caught off guard by the fan reaction
and the demands that were thrust upon him. As an example... I think to this day
he felt forced to fire coach Willie, and would have never done it on his own.
I think his inner fire was seriously doused when he realized that is what being
a top flight program in the SEC is like.
Belue likes to get on us knuckleheads about the pressure we put on Richt and staff
when we demand results, but are we any different than the fans from the other top
flight SEC schools?
This is the SEC and that's just the way it is in the SEC. We eat, breathe and
sleep college football, and I seriously wonder if Richt has it in him to that
same degree.
I would add that I seriously hope I am wrong. I don't want CMR to fail. I don't want
to go through hiring new coaches and having our players learning new schemes and risking ending up in an even worse situation. I love stability at the top and like
I said; I think CMR is a really good guy. !@#^#% though... I just can't stomach
getting shoved around by the UCF's of the world, and not making every opposing team leaving the field knowing they just finished a heavyweight fight.
God Bless and Go Dawgs

Been reading a lot of different things on this thread. I am a fan of the no huddle offense. However, I am not a fan of a hurry up offense. Get lined up, see the field, then make a call. To me, it just gives AM more time to read the field. A lot of times you can get teams to show their hand. No problem with it as long as it is at a controlled pace. Better make sure communication is not a problem though. Appeared to be on Saturday, and that is critical in a no huddle.
On another note, this is probably the funniest thread I have seen.

Can't help but agree on most points, Wartdawg...except for one. As for coaches/players having to learn a new system, seems to me like that's exactly what we spent the off-season doing...I CAN'T be the only person on here that just about lost it when they saw the offense OF THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA come out in a shotgun spread...watch the defense set...and then TURN TO THE SIDELINES TO GET THE PLAY!!! I LITERALLY had to turn off the tv for 5 minutes and walk away.
Thank you.
