I propose we let YOU play South Carolina at home, and we'll take Toledo (away!). We'll let you play Mississippi State (at home!) We'll take Fresno State (away!). We'll let you play lowly Tennessee (in Knoxville) and we'll take Colorado State. You guys can play Florida at the "neutral site" and we'll play UNLV for you. And finally we'll let you take on Auburn while we play San Diego State. Fair trades, right? I just substituted by the week, straight up. And our schedule is relatively EASY this year. Take a look at the juggernaut schedule that LSU has this year - OUCH!
That, seevee, is why people will talk about how weak the Boise State schedule is (whether we win or lose), NOT because we don't like Boise State (actually I think most feel pretty ambivalent about the Broncos). Take on the schedule changes mentioned above, go 11-1 in the regular season, and I PROMISE Boise State will either play for the NC or certainly be judged among the nation's best.
