ogredawg, you are so right about Jenkins and the ILB's. As good as we hope that Jenkins is or will be, still concerned a bit about backup. Know that we will get into the 4 man front, probably a lot, but would love to see Geathers step up and be a solid middle man. Just not real sure about Bean any more. Personally think that the last two or so years of coaching did not live up to expectations. More and more I agree that Coach T will take care of his duties.

I think that you will see a lot less of the 4 man...long drives by the 0 means resting the D.....Jenkins is the real deal as being I am now living on the MS. Gulf Coast and had the pleasure of watching the big man play twice this past year, Bulldawg nation will be pleased with this addition.....he is a "Football Player" which is exactly what the team needs more of......CTG has a year under his belt and I expect bigger and better things in the coming year from the D......

ogredawg, if you will allow me this. I watched AM, knew what the young man had. Also, tried to keep my mouth shut when M was here and many thought that AM did not have the "stuff". Coming from you, it pleases me. You have watched this young man and you also mentioned CTG having a year under his belt. Means so much. I also understand that they want JJ to be on the "fast track". After reading this post, you make me feel much better. Guess that I am now up to 9 wins. Did I say that . . . . yes I did, if I slipped, blame it on ogredawg. :)

I have been reading on quotes on a daily basis and thought I'd put my two cents in on this matter.

I just don't get how some are talking about a 9 or 10 win season, we still have CMR and BOBO doing the main coaching. I know that we expect better thing from TG, but I am not so sure about the D. We still have most of the same old players that can not tackle and just seam to guit at times.

I for one have just lost faith in CMR, he does not know how to get these kids ready to play nor can he get them fired up. When he has to resort to gemicks like black jerseys, all running on to the field after a TD, then you have lost the how to, when it comes to getting these players up to play.

I mean the bowl game was the worst effort and lack of emotion I have ever seen, and I just don't see where things are going to be any different this year.

I mean the dream team, is only good as you are coached. We have had talent before and still have not been to the SEC championship since 05. We had Malcome last year, and this guy was suppose to be as good as Crowell, so why did he red shirt him. I just don't think CMR has a clue and to how to use his players and how to put the best on the field.

I wish I could be as excited as most on here, but I still don't see us winning more the 4 maybe 5 games this year.

9 wins coming from Buc.........can't believe what I am reading........words that may come back to haunt you....

duck makes interesting points......but my thinking is that I hope the players will step it up a notch.....AM is a winner he proved himself on the field.......now he needs to step up and be THE leader.....a winner begets winners no matter who the coach is......no doubt from me that Bobo needs to go or at the very least the play calling needs to go back to CMR.....being an optimist I like Buc see 9 wins possibly 10 if we can beat Carolina which would be a huge win......Boise State will come in as over rated and I see an easy confidence building win in ATL........words that may come back to haunt me........
