All in all I believe everyone who have posted this topic agree with one thing. CMR just is not getting it done. Look, Searels will probably do a good job at his next stop in Austin. However he is largely to blame for the decline in OL play last year. BUT...one knows and has complete understanding of what his boss expects out of him. And if the boss is not burning the midnight oil, I can assure you that those beneath him will not be either. CMR can not expect his subordinates to outperform while he has obviously underperformed for whatever reason. He MUST set the bar high, outwork everyone, and then ask why is no one keeping up. I think the coaches under CMR have been able to keep up with little trouble and therefore the under performances around the team exist in abundance. I think the writing is on the wall and CMR will be gone after next year.
