NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME DAY: ALABAMA VS UGA

I hang the loss on us, not officiating.

That’s why it stings so much.

If I could lay it on officiating it would be much easier
to stomach.

Malcolm Parrish got abused when being targeted in the 2nd half.

He gave up 4-5 for 70 yards, 2 TD’s, and a crucial PI penalty on 3rd down...

Yet somehow Sanders forgot he had the deep coverage on Parrish’s side on the game winning TD.

SERIOUSLY... WTF

Losing this game still makes me sick to my stomach.

Agreed, wart... yes the officiating made it a tougher road to travel for us.... but despite limp offensive play calling in the second half, we were still in a position to win and blew it... plain and simple

And like many have pointed out... even with talent, and our process... unless you're Alabama who gets to go every year no matter what, it's hard to count on going to the playoffs every year... so not taking care of business when we do get to go and are clearly the best team... even more and

OK I am calm now. Great season. The ramp up with Kirby has happened faster than expected and with the waves of talent coming in UGA will be in the thick of this mess for a while.

And... that was a tough loss. When I am really interested in a game I follow on ESPN while watching on tv. They have a thingy that tells what percentage chance each team has to win during the game. Uga was 90% chance all through the third and fourth quarter. Dang tough loss....

I was pulling for the dawgs. Maybe next year...
