From Athens- Bowl Game Day Thursday

Good Day All,

Several times I have posted here that I am one who looks at CKS first season as being 24 months long.

That I wasn’t going to grade him on the first 12 months I was leaving that to others.

I will however offer a comment about him and his staff’s recruiting for our 2017 class.

In one word…. outstanding. True as many here including myself…have said..need to temper this with…. Getting them signed….getting them on the playing field…. And having them contribute……

We are going about recruiting in a new way…. Filling needs first… secondly…. Building quality depth…..

By a show of hands….. anybody thinks that CMR and his staff at any time could have recruited and received commitments like

CKS and his staff has done…. Mind you this is year one….. yes we have seen and heard it all before…. But…. Can we say we

have heard it being said by so many talented recruits…and keeping the home state HS players home…. And…. Successful recruiting across a wider range of player positions….

You Richbot flat earth people…. Time to see that change has really come to our football program….
Don’t think for a minute I was a happy with our 7-5 season …no way

However I will suffer this year’s losses for the recruiting of players who will move the process forward….. anyone remember in the

15 prior years an OL matching the talent heading to Athens in 2017 ….. hmmmm.

On to our bowl game….. looking to see us bounce back for our last game….. like the feel of how our team is coming together at
the end of the season…. I am Looking for our coaches to match the Auburn game for having the team ready to play.
