Wartdawg, spot on, and many on this board "know" what you said above is a FACT. Too many folks that claim to be solid UGA Football FANS, spend too much time listening to some in the "wrappers" that have never had the cleats on. Will say this, there are a few that did not participate on the field . . . . believe one time it was referred to as the "arena" that have a feel for the game. Easy to separate them from those that are "click gatherers".

Caught a glimpse or two of Nick Chubb, could feel his disappointment through my television screen.

If I could wave a magic wand or rub a bottle and a genie appear, one wish would be that those recruiting come to realize that talent like Nick's does not come along every year.

With the "beginning" of the emergence of Eason, maybe we can operate without facing 8/9/10 men in the box almost every down. I would really like to see some tight end play.

And this . . . . high fives to our fullback or blocking back, by name . . . . Christian Payne #47. A major reason that we got the "W".

One word: clutch.

Think about how many times in the past years we've been in this same situation and we came away losers. Several come to mind including that SECCG against Bama. But, like I said last week, we only need to win by one point (although my blood pressure will be off the chart if this is how the season is going to go.)

For Eason, this is going to plan. He has room to grow. He made some poor throws that, in another season or two, are touchdowns. He's getting better each week, so I think his maturity will come sooner rather than later. The thing is, what I saw in that last drive proves that he is the man for the job. Clutch. Just get it down field and then put the opponent to sleep, which is what happened.

Of course, if we could hit chip shot field goals, or if we could catch balls that hit us in the hands (ala last week), this game would have been a walk. However, I think that the league just got put on notice that, if you load the box to stop NC, JE is going to light you up down field. And that's how it should be. McKenzie deserves some credit, but I wish he would kill his inconsistency. He has the skill set to become legend were it not for the mental errors.

D played great, but no support from the O when they got the turnovers. Something to work on.

Final note: that hit on the punt return was completely unnecessary. We don't need that garbage at Georgia.

They will be licking their wounds ogredawg, and looking to take their defeat out on us.

Offensive line ? Kicker ?. Do not win games against teams like Ole Miss if you cannot kick field goals. They do not believe in getting beaten at the line of scrimmage. Bama finally did but . . . .

I don't see how any rational person wouldn't believe this.

Ole Miss likely will dominate both lines, but they have no heart, and that overshadows their talent by a mile. Sound familiar, maybe like something we've dealt with for the last 10 or so years. We seem to be getting our heart back little by little.

Kicker. 'nuff said.

Second half... not sure what was said in the locker room.

Clutch win... When the last 2 games reached the old MR give up point KS doubled down.

I'll take the W and start worrying about next week. Ramping up a couple of more notches needed.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.
