Yeah, an overlooked aspect of the game, perhaps, is chemistry between coaches. Maybe for those of us on the outside of the game, this is an aside. I think CKS learned this from Saban, that the mix of coaches and how well they relate to each other matters in the grand scheme of things. These kids feed off the energy of the team, and if the coaches dislike each other, it sends a negative vibe that resonates across the entire program. You want the guys on D pulling for the offense, and vice-versa.
