Thinking about 2017 Season. Believe that we are going to do well in 2016, should be some carry over into 2017 with our players having a year under their belts with this coaching staff.
With the addition of what appears at this point to be a great recruiting 2017, hard for me not to think that we truly have turned the page.
Depth that so many of us have discussed on this board, believe that “problem” will be a thing of the past.
Not looking for miracles, which I think the gators had in the 2015 Season. Looking for a solid foundation, that I can safely say has been a huge problem under the previous watch. When I use the word "foundation" thoughts go to Wartdawg.
Looking at the young men that have said they are going to attend UGA since the arrival of Smart and Company, pretty damn awesome. What changed the thinking of these young men? Not making a mass exodus across the Chattahoochee River and points North or South. The 2017 Class is made up almost entirely of players from the Peach State. Something changed . . . . think I know what the major factor is concerning in state players.
Say again, like the way I feel these days. Have reason(s) to feel good, a serious change(s) was/were made.
