If MR recruited FB to keep him off other teams, I seriously doubt he told him that or Bauta wouldn't have come here.

In fact I imagine he lead him to think he would have a fair chance to see the field or Bauta would of course chosen to go elsewhere.

So if MR did that, then he lied to FB and it goes 180 degrees opposite of everything MR is supposed to stand for....

I'm already a bit iffy about this situation anyway because no matter how you shake it, I'm not sure Bauta got a fair chance and all that 3 way competition talk was straight BS. Then if I take it as honest that Lambert is the best we got, then how did a great recruiter leave us in this position 2 years after Murray left? Then if you want to say that it's just because some guys who should have worked out just didn't... the it's not 1... it's not 2... it's 3 choices at QB that "didn't pan out" and that looks pretty bad about our ability to see real talent.

No matter how you look at this situation, it looks real bad on MR.

Sorry guys.. that's just how I feel about it. I'm flippin' angry about us always seeming to have some serious flaw in some area every flappin' season. If it's not this, it will surely be that... if it's neither of those, then it will seemingly be something else.

Wartdawg, that is correct. It has nothing to do with whether you like CMR or not - I've ALWAYS been a supporter, and still am. However, I will not excuse this situation. We had 3 QBs who were supposed to have been developing during the entire time HM was at the helm. That's been over a year now. Do they STILL not have the playbook down? In a YEAR?! But somehow Lambert has it down in about a month?

I will stop at that. Lambert has had all of two games to show us anything at all. Maybe he's like a fine wine that will age to perfection. This weekend will tell us something.

Coach Richt - I hope you got the Eason pick right. Apparently the track record in recent times hasn't panned out as well as even YOU would like.

Noticed in the ABH that cmr said UGA will try not to be so reliant on the ground attack to get the job done for us. I surely hope he isn't planning on his passing game to pull us through this weekend, if so he knows something we don't, or at least he imagines it.
